REPORT DENIED.
TROTSKY AND CONSTANTINOPLE. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPY RIGHT MOSCOW, June 15. Trotsky in a speech declared that reports of his alleged speech at Podolsk favouring a Russian invasion of Bessarabia as a step towards the seizure of Constantinople and the Straits was absolutely untrue. On the contrary, he declared that conquest of the Straits was radically opposed to the policy of the Soviet, which helped Turkey to regain possession of Constantinople and assure freedom for nationalists.— Reuter.
