The Council adjourned till Wednesday, the 24th inst. HOUSE of REPRESENTATIVES THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 11. The House met at 2.30 p.m. LOCAL BILLS. The following local bills were read the third time and passed : Wellington Water Supply, Local Moneys Diversion. Waimari County, New Plymouth Recreation and Racecourse Reserve Exchange, Borough of South Dunedin Empowering Act Amendment, Auckland and Suburban Drainage Act Amendment, Ttmaru Birough Loans Consolidation, and EJlesmere Domain Board Empowering. MARRIAGE BILL. Ihe Marriage Act Amendment Bill (Sir W. J. Steward) was reported with amendments. MUSICIANS BILL. The House went into Committee on the New Zealand bociety of Musici?ns Bill.
