[By Telegraph.] (Per Press Association.) Wanganui, This day. The Wanganui and West Coast Cash Cycling Club has decided to hold a two day's cycling carnival on Boxing Day and New Year's Day on the splendid new banked track now nearly completed and which cost £IOOO.
