BETWEEN THE YOLKSRAAD AND THE HIGH COURT. 'P<r J'ris.s Assoriation.—t / London, Feb. 21. News from Pretoria states that a deadlock has occurred between the Volksraad and the High Court of Justice of Pretoria. The correspondent of the Times anticipates that the Judges will resign and that the Court will probably close. The Volksraad contends its resolutions have the force of law and that the High Court has no right to question their validity.
