The Opening of Parliament.

A FORECAST. _ (By Telegraph.) (From Our Oini ('iirrcaiiondent.) Wellington, This day. I believe it is definitely decided to call Parliament together on the 18th March. The Hansard staff have been notified to hold themselves ready for the meeting. Parliament will be asked to vote supplies to enable the Premier to visit England. If Mr Seddon accepts the condition which the Opposition will name there will be no difficulty, but if he tries in any way to force Parlia- , ment, there will be many obstacles raised which will block him.
