RETURN OF THE FRAM. DR NANSEN REJOINS HIS SHIP London, August 20. Those of the crew who were left behind in the Fram succeeded in navigating her safely back when the ice broke up. They called at Spitzbergen. and report that up to a week ago M. Andree had been unable to make a start in his baEoon, as the wind had been adverse. August 21. The Fram drifted to H 5 degrees 57 minutes, and was liberated from the ice on July 10th, reaching open water on August 18. Dr. Kansen rejoins his vessel, and proceeds to Christiania.
