THE SITUATION IN CRETE.
A GENERAL RISING ANTICIPATED. Athens, August 11. The insurgents in Crete are blockading 1000 Moslems at Episkopi. A resolution has been submitted in the Cretan Assembly professing to proclaim a union with Greece. It is believed that this will be the signal for a general rising.
