THE NATIVES YIELDING. Cafe Town, August 11. Captain Baden Powell reports that the iinpis are broken up into detached bands, and are willing to surrender. Two strongholds have already yielded. August 12. Colonel Plumnier found the southern stronghold of the rebels at,Matoppo bills abandoned.
