GERMANY DISSATISFIED WITH ITS CONTROL. Berlin, July 80. Prince Bismark's organ in Berlin asserts that the English and Americans are undermining Germany's influence in Samoa, and appeals to the Government to do away with the pernicious conditions attached to the control of the country.
