MR HABRIS' SEAT FORFEITED. A MATABELE STRONGHOLD. Cape Town, July 30. The Cape Assembly, by a majority of one, refused Mr Harris leave of absence, and his seat was consequently forfeited. July SI. The Matabele in Thaha's stronghold have a plentiful supply of grain and donkeys for transport.
