There is good competition at the wool sales, and prices are unchanged. The Queen will arbitrate in the frontier dispute between Chili and Argentina. The American Commissioners, in presenting their view of the Venezuela dispute, deny the English version of the history of the settlement. The Times suggests that the doctrine put forward if allowed will endanger larger interests than are involved in the trivial dispute such as is in question. The outbreak of cholera in Egypt is spreading to the expedition forces between Assouan and Kosheh, and the deaths already exceed 150. Pabis, July 21. Royalists loudly cheered Henri of Orleans on the occasion of his appearance at the funeral of the late Marquis de Mores. The French authorities are sending an expedition of 1000 strong to endeavor to take Tscbao. It is reported that France is massing 100,000 troops near Wadelai. Athens, July 21. Riots have occurred at Sivas, in Asia. Minor, 340 Armenians and 60 Moslems being killed. Pekin, July 21. The Chinese Government is replacing the tael by the piastre, a Mexican coin.
