DIVISION OVER MR BRYAN'S NOMINATION. New York, July 21. The New York Democrats approve of the Chicago Convention programme, and it is not improbable that a section of the Eastern Democrats may adopt the nomination of Mr Bryan for the Presidency. The London Times' correspondent declares that Tammany Hall has regained its ascendancy, and says that to the best of his opinion Mr Bryan will be utterly defeated.
