QUEENSLAND KICKING OVER THE TRACES. Melbourne, June 80. An effort is being made by the Premier of Victoria to induce the Queensland Government to stand by the agreement of the Federal Conference at Hobart for the election of Federal delegates by the votes of the people, and not by Parliament. Mr Tumor avers that if Queensland interposes in tin-Parliamentary scheme the federation proposals will be imjjerilled.
