OW::ERS DISAGREEIN(i. ATTEMPT TO OVERRIDE PREVIOUS DECISION. Sydney, June 80. The coal-mine owners are attempting to have the resolutions rescinded which bound all mines to commence operations together. It is now believed that work will be resumed in each mine when sufficient men offer their services.
