A PANIC AT DONGOLA. RESULT OF THE RECENT ENGAGEMENT. Cairo, June 17. A panic has taken place at Dongola in consequence of the Governor ordering the enrolment of natives. Ivaramata, a noted Emir, has died from wounds received in the recent engagement. The people of Suarda extended a hearty welcome to General Kitchener on his arrival. Many prisoners taken at Ferket are offering to join the Soudanese regiments.
