MINERS IN CONGRESS.
EIGHT HOURS' SYSTEM DEMANDED.
REGULATION OF OUTPUT. Berlin, May 27. The World's Miners' Congress has commenced its deliberations at Aix-la-Chapelle. Resolutions were carried demanding the eight hours' system above and below ground. It was a recommendation of the delegates that the output of coal should be regulated. A resolution was also carried favoring a fixed minimum rate of wages.
