THE DEAN CASE.

MBS DEAN' OBTAINS DIVORCE

Sydney, May 26. The Full Court has decided that Mrs Dean is entitled to a divorce.

The Judges were unanimous. The Royal pardon extended to Dean did not bar the petition, but only pardoned the crimp and nothing else.

The fact remained that Dean was convicted for an attempt to murder, and on this ground his wife was fully entitled to take advantage of the divorce law.
