COLONIAL SUGAR COMPANY.
CONCESSION TO GROWERS

In connection with the reduction of the sugar duties, the manager of the Colonial Sugar Company has written to the representatives of the sugar districts offering certain important concessions.
These are considered to indicate that the company is prepared to accept the loss occasioned by the removal of the duty, and that, acting on the Premier's advice, they will share the loss with the growers,
