Linton, the Welsh cyclist, has ridden from Bordeaux to Paris in 21 hours 17 minutes, beating the record and three opponents by one minute. Madrid, Slay 25. Senor Canovas, Premier, says he will only authorise orders in regard to the export of tobacco from Cuba given prior to the issue of General Weylcr's decree.
