INTERCOLONIAL ROWING.

NEW ZEALANDERS SLIGHT

FAVOURITES. Sydney, May 21. The New Zealand fours put in their final practice work this afternoon, •which was confined entirely to starting spurts, and the men got away in very nice style. McConnack was also out in the afternoon, ami did easy work. The four-oared race will be rowed about 3.30 p.m. on Saturday, and the sculling contest at 4 p.m. The New Zealand crew on their more recent form have advance el in favour, and have a slight call in pride of position in the betting.
