GOVERNMENT WARNS HIM. [From oub own cobbbsfondbnt.] Wellington, last night. It is stated here that, owing to Te Kooti’s statement that he intends to visit Gisborne in December, the Native Minister has written a letter to the ex-rebel warning him not to proceed to the East Coast.*
