EXPEDITION TO RECOVER STANLEY FALLS. London, Octobor 17. The Congo State is fitting out an expedition to send out and recover the Stanley Falls from the Arab slavers. The Arab slavers have anted in so outrageous a manner during the last few months that the authorities of the Congo State have been forced to fit out the present expedition for the reooveky of the Stanley Falls so as to protect their subjects*
