Further Sawmill Workers’ Houses
It is expected that nine more houses, being built under the sawmill workers’ housing scheme, will be completed this week. The total will then be 25. There are three houses at each centre of Ross, Harihari and Ruatapu, and they will be ready for occupation next month. Three houses at Kumara and two at Ngahere’ are laso nearing completion.
