Although plans to erect a dance hall and modern club rooms have been temporarily put aside, a 20-roomed dweding house in Talnui Street is to oe purchased by the Greymouth R.S.A. for club rooms for its 800 members. ine building, over which the R.S.A. is to take an option is Guinness House, opposite the Grey Main School. At present the house contains five flats and it is to be altered when the sale is made and converted into club rooms. It is understood that the price sought for Guinnes House is £3OOO. Tlw building contains 20 large rooms and is welLset out in gardens.
