Slow Improvement WELLINGTON, May 9. The weather report and forecast are as follows: —Situation: A complex low pressure trough is moving eastward across New Zealand. The forcecast to 5 p.m. on Monday is for fresh to strong south-west winds. The weather will be cold and unchangeable, with occasional _ showers. I urther outlook: Improving slowly.
