The Waikato T.C. will held its winter meeting at Claudelands today. Large fields will parade in all events. The old maxim, “the bigger the field the better the moral,” may be applicable. On recent displays Belmoral looks like the moral of the day. The win and place system of betting will be in vogue. The following horses may show up:—
