(Rec. 5.5 ) WASHINGTON, Aug. 15, The U.S. Production Chief, Mr Donald Nelson, at a press conference said: The fall of Germany would permit the United States to boost its production to the 1939 level, and stm to maintain a munitions output needed to conquer Japan.
