POISON GAS
GERMAN USE PREDICTED. (Rec. 11.5.) ANKARA, March 14. Travellers from the Balkans claim that Germany is preparing to wage chemical warfare in the {Spring, stating that production of poison gas in German and Austrian factories was steeped up during the winter, and that new poison gas plants were opened in Bulgaria.
