BURMA FIGHTING
BRITISH HOLDING GROUND. IN SHWEGYIN AREA. (Rec. 7.0.) LONDON, Mar. 14. A communique from Burma states: The Japanese main forces are still well south of Taikkyi, but enemy patrols are reported to be moving northwards. Our operations in the Nyaunglebin-Shwegyin area have been proceeding satisfactorily.
