BOLIVIAN PRESIDENT DEAD. LA PAZ, August 23. The Minister of Propaganda, M. Mario Flores, announced that Bolivia’s Dictator-President, Lieutenant Colonel German Busch has committed suicide. Busch died from a pistol wound which was first described as accidental. ' BRAZILIAN SHIP WRECKED. BAHIA (Brazil), August 23. Only the captain, first officer and a child were saved when the coaster Itacare capsized in heavy seas, while entering Ilheos harbour. Forty-six passengers and seventeen of the crew were drowned.
