For Young People (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON. April 22. Hon D. G. Sullivan to-day announced that the Railway Department has decided upon an important change in the issue of season tickets at half rates, which is now restricted 1 to young people in employment up t 0 the age of twenty-one. This will be extended t!o include all young people up to the age of twentyone years, whether in employment or not. ‘ The present apprentice season tickets, issued at half rates, constitute fifteen 1 per cent. o f the total suburban passenger traffic at other than ordinary fares. •
