Austn'ian Chancellor, Dr. Kurt Von Schusehnigg, ha.s. announced that Austria will hold a plebiscite on the restoration of the Monarchy, at tho proper time. The Chancellor stated that no devaluation of the Austrian schilling was contemplated. Dr. .
