MOTOR CYCLIST GAOLED
FOR INTOXICATION. (Per Press Association), WELLINGTON, October 12. Alan John Butler, aged 21, was sentenced to-day by Air Lawry, S.M., to 14 days’ imprisonment for being intoxicated in charge of a motor-cycle at Lower Hutt, and fined him 10s for breaking a window in the police cell. Roger Bargiaechi, who told the Traffic. Inspector he was the owner of the machine, was fined £5 for aiding and abetting Butler in being in charge of a machine, and he was convicted and discharged for drunkenness,
