20 LIVES LOST. (Aus & N.Z. Cable Assn.) CAIRO, August 12. Twenty were drowned and many injured through a lorry skidding into a canal, on top of a sailing boat’, cans ing it to capsize. BUS RUNS DOWN EX-SOLDIERS. PRAGUE, August 12. A motor bus, laden with holidaymakers, drove into the rear of a column of Legionaries, returning from a meeting to commemorate their com rades, who fell in the Carpathian mountains in war time, killing four, and injuring 24. The mfuriafed crowd roughly handled the driver.
