CLAIM AGAINST CAR OWNER. (ppr Press Association) WELLINGTON. August 1. Damages amounting to £999 8s 44 were awarded to Harry Kitchener Clolins, a clerk, aged 19 years, in the Supreme Court to-night when he brought an notion against Marv Josephine White as the resu’t of a collision between his bicycle and a motor-car that was owned, but was not' driven bv the defendant, on the night of February 28'th last. The plaintiff alleged negligence bv the driver and he claimed £1307 7s lid. As a. result of the accident, he received a fractured skull, severe concussion and cerebral irritation affecting his eyes and nose
