SENATE MANGLES IT. (Aus. & N.Z. Cable Assn). DUBLIN, June 28. Thc Senate passed the Oath Bdl amended, acording to. one speaker, out of all recognition. 'Senator Connolly, Minister of Telegraphs said that the Government d ; < ! not intend accepting the Bill in jt ■ present form. It will be sent to the Dail with the amendments. OTTAWA DELEGATION. LONDON, June 28. It is understood that Mr De Valera is not going to Ottawa, owing to pressure of domestic business. Mr Sean O ’Kelly, vice-president the Executive Council in the Do Valera Government, will head tho Irish Fr»o State delegation to the Imperial Economic Conference. Mr Scan Lemass, Minister of Industry and Com,mer*4*., and Dr James Ryan, ’Minister of Agrr culture, are the other two official representatives, according to official advice received here to-night.
