Randwick Races NIGHTMAECH AGAIN. AMMON EA FAILS. (Aus. & N.Z. Cable Assn). (Received March 30 at 8.25 p.m.) SYDNEY, March 30. The autumn meeting was continued at Randwick to-day under ideal racing conditions. There was an attendance of twenty thousand. In the Prismat c Hurdles, the winner established a course record.

N’ne started. Winooke was the first to show out from Greenline. Amnion Ra. Chatham, and Parkwood. Veil D’Amour took the lead at ‘the halfdistance, and won narrowly from the fast-finishing Waterline. Love Song and Aorangi. The last-named cleared out at the distance, but had to withstand a desperate challenge from - Love Song. Won by a head. Time 1.524.

CHAMPAGNE STAKES. KUVERA 9.1 (M. McCarten) . . 1 Closing Time 8.5 (Duncan) .. .. 2 Vauntry 9.1 (Pike) 3 Nine started. Kuvera and Vauntry led into the straight from Never Despair and Closing Time. Kuvera came away to win with ease by two lengths. Time 1.11. CUMBERLAND STAKES. NIGHTMARCH (R. Reed) .. .. 1 Veilmond 9.0 (Pike) 2 Johnny Jason 8.1 (Wilson) .. .. 3 Six started. Mirra Donna began smartly and showed the way to Johnny Jason and Veilmond. Nightmarch led into the straight and lasted long enough to beat Veilmond, who finished fast, by half a length. Time 2.595. City Handicap.— Tangible 6.11 (Lightfoot) 1; Panther 8.0 (Cook) 2; Inducement 7.13 (Knox) 3. Twelve started. Tangible ran to the front quickly, leaving the barrier from Glean, er and Inducement, Pretzel fin'shing stoutly. Tangible gained the verdict by half a neck. Time 2.465.
