Jn the bowling, Ironmonger took 3 for 51, Blackie—3 for 62, and Alexander 2 for 41. Victoria won by an jfinings and thirty-three runs.
Victoria now goes to Adelaide, and if it gains an outright win against South Australia, it will capture the Shield from New Soirth Wales.
