RAILWAY FATALITY.
IN DUNEDIN YARDS. DUNEDIN, February 12. Charles Edward Petherick, a married man, residing in South Dunedin, 47 years of age, while oiling the points in the railway gJoodM yards, was knocked down by a shunt of empty waggons thas afternoon, and was fatally injured. Besides receiving serious body injuries, his right leg was crushed. He died after admission to the hospital. An inquest will be held to-morrow morning.
