NEGRO MANIAC.

CAPTURED AND IDENTIFIED. (Received November 24 at 11 p.m.) NEW YORK, November 23. Lincoln, the Nebraska negro, has been captured, and identified by a victim. A previous cable stated that the city of Omaha, Nebraska, was in. a state of panic, because of a maniac negro, who within the last three days had killed two men and fatally injured a woman and another man. The negro, in every case, used a hatchet upon sleeping persons in their homes, which he entered at night. The wound ed woman had given the police a description of the attacker.
