America’s Adherence. (United Service.) (Australian & N.Z. Cable Assn). WASHINGTON, November 24. Mr Coolidge, it is understood, is willing to have Mr Kellogg reopen negotiations with foreign powers to obtain approval to the reservations proposed by the Senate in voting the United States’ adherence *o a world court.
