OLD AGE PENSIONS.
Increase Defeated. VOTE ON MR PARRY’S MOTION. (Special to Argus.) WELLINGTON, August 24. On the Pensions Estimates tonight, Mr Parry moved in favour of Old Age Pensions being increased. The motion waa defeated by 3S votes tc 36. Three Liberals voted with Labour, Mr Seddou was absent, and no one paired.
