“TUCK” SHOPS. NAPIER, July 19. The Hawke’s Bay Education Board to-day resolved: “That in the interests of the general health of school children there is urgent necessity for legislation to prevent the erection and trading of ‘tuck’ shops in proximity to primary and secondary schools and that the Government be asked to include in the Town Planning Bill or some other Bill to> be brought before Parliament this session provision to curtail or restrict this pernicious practice.”
