THE WEATHER.
WELLINGTON, July 20. Mr D. C. Bates issues the following forecast: —Present indications are for increasing southeast to northeast winds, the weather being dull and misty at times in most parts of the .country, with rain probable in the i northern and east coast districts of the North Island. The barometer has a falling tendency.
