Count Antonio Cippico, the Italian Fascist Senator, speaking at the Institute of Politics, at Williamstown, Massachussettes, declared that a great dream of supremacy in Northern Africa dominates French policy. lie asserted that France, by a system of slow absorption, is attempting to su press free Italian nationality in Tunisia Algeria and Morocco. He charged France with failing to observe her conventions with Italy regarding Tunisia, and also said that sho was trying to enforce her moral supremacy upon the world, as Germany bad tried to enforce “kultur. ”
