Losses kept secret. PARIS, August 7. “1.0 Tempi’s’* war correspondent urges that France does not realise she is in danger of losing Morocco. He says that the Guvernmo.it is well-mean-ing, but fearing political enemies, is concealing continual losses and retreats l’v use or abuse of the convenient word “ infiltration. ” The casualties of the French officers are shouldering all the fighting, owing to the inferiority of the coloured allies.
