POWER BOARD

ORDINARY MEETING. MR HART’S TENDER ACCEPTED FOR BOWER HOUSE. An ordinary mccHng of the Grey Power Board (the last of the present Board as at present constituted) was held lust night. Mr 11. F. Doogan, the Chairman, presided over a full attendance of members. The following have been nominated for scats on the Power Board to represent tho 800 ratepayers who petitioned against Hie Board proceeding with the Dobson I’ower Scheme.— Messrs IL Bignell, J. Greensladc and J. O'Brien, ALP. (Greymouth ); IL ; Duggan (Kunanga); and S. Fry (Brunnerton).
