CLEARING OFF ARREARS. ONE EVERY THREE MINUTES. [A. and N.Z. Cable Association.] LONDON. July 24. During the past week, Judges Buckmaster, Salter and Horrage. made a record clearing on the arrears of 500 undefended divorce cases. Lord Buckmaster dealt with 212 in a week, touching an average of three minutes per * suit. The other two Judges cleared | their lists almost as quickly, Mr Justice Salter to-day dealing with 15 before lunch.
