VATICAN BUDGET.
A BIG DEFICIT. ROME, July 15. The newspaper “Il Mondo” states that the Vatican budget shows a deficit of from 7,000,000 to 8,000,000 lire. The Pope has appointed three Cardinals as a commission to inquire into the grave abuses of the finances incurred during the recent conclave.
