ENEMY WITHDRAWAL CONTINUES. (Roc. September 19, 11 p.m.) LONDON, September 18 Router's correspondent ut American Headquarters, writing ou the evening 1 of lh 17th, states: In the St. Mihicl sector the enemy has been continuing his general withdrawals towards the positions which now constitute his line. The Allied line in St. Mihiel sector now runs: Reouvaux, Manheullcs, Pinseville, SUHielaire, <Eoneourt Wood, Haumont, 'between • Woel and Haumont between Jaulney and Knmcmbreourt, just north of Vand.ire, south of Hampey to the old lino cast of Pont a Mousson. '
